PHILIP CRABB FAusIMM, MAICD
Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Crabb is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has been actively engaged in mining and exploration for the past thirty four years in both publicly listed and private exploration companies. He has considerable experience in field activities, having been a drilling contractor, quarry manager and mining contractor. Mr Crabb also has extensive experience as a director of Australian publicly listed companies. In resource company management, he achieved notable success amongst others as a director of Gasgoyne Gold Mines NL which was involved in the discovery and development in 1989 of the Yilgarn Star Gold Mine, a major gold producer in WA. Mr Crabb is currently the Chairman of ASX listed Thundelarra Exploration Ltd and United Minerals Corporation NL.

MARCUS FLIS
Chief Executive Officer

Mr Flis holds degrees in both geology and geophysics and is highly qualified in the resources industry, having over 27 years experience covering all aspects of exploration, resource definition and project assessment. He has recently held the position of Project Director with Rio Tinto Iron Ore’s business development group. Previously Mr Flis held positions as exploration manager with Hamersley Iron and Iron Ore Company of Canada and Manager-Geophysics at Newcrest Mining Ltd. Mr Flis comes with extensive experience as an explorationist for a wide range of mineral commodities in varied mineral terrains and geographies.

FRANK DEMARTE B.Bus FCIS MAICD
Executive Director and Company Secretary

Mr DeMarte has over twenty (20) years of experience in the mining and exploration industry in Western Australia. Mr DeMarte has held executive positions with a number of listed mining and exploration companies and is currently an Executive Director and Company Secretary of Thundelarra Exploration Ltd and CFO of TSX Listed Aldershot Resources Ltd. Mr DeMarte is experienced in areas of secretarial practice, management accounting and corporate and financial management. Mr DeMarte holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and is a Fellow of the Chartered Secretaries of Australia.

BRIAN RICHARDSON BSc (Hons) MAusIMM
Executive Director and Exploration Manager

Mr Richardson is a geologist with over 25 years experience in all aspects of mineral exploration in Australia. He has had many years field experience planning and conducting exploration programs on numerous gold, base metal, uranium and diamond projects in Australia. He has held senior management roles in a number of listed junior explorers and he is currently Exploration Director for Thundelarra Exploration Ltd and the Canadian listed global uranium explorer, Aldershot Resources Ltd.

RICK CRABB B.Juris (Hons), LLA, MBA
Non Executive Executive

Mr Rick Crabb holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence (Hons), Bachelor of Law and Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia. He practiced as a solicitor from 1980 including as a partner of Blakiston & Crabb from 1992 until June 2004 specialising in mining, corporate and commercial law and in respect of Australian and overseas projects. Mr Crabb now focuses on his public company directorships and investments. He is also a director of listed companies Alcaston Mining NL, Ashburton Minerals Limited, Ottoman Energy Limited, Paladin Resources Limited (also listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange), Port Bouvard Limited and Thundelarra Exploration Ltd.

MALCOLM J RANDALL
Non Executive Director

Mr Malcolm Randall has had extensive experience in management and marketing in the resource sector with the Rio Tinto group of companies. This has included senior technical and commercial roles in Hamersley Iron Pty Ltd and business development activities for Argyle Diamonds in China, Thailand and India and establishment of Argyle's Antwerp sales office for polished stones. Mr Randall is also Non Executive of Thundelarra Exploration Ltd, United Minerals Corporation and Chairman of Iron Ore Holdings Ltd.
